RecommendationAn honest recommendation: a proven internal pattern, an existing tool wired in, or a scoped custom build — whichever actually earns its cost. This is also where we'll tell you if the answer is “don't do this yet,” or even “you don't need us for this one.”

Design against milestones
PSAScope and acceptance criteria for each stage, agreed jointly and documented in a Project Scope & Approach (PSA) — signed by both sides before work starts, not assumed by either.

Implement & validate
Build + testBuilt, integrated, or both, and tested against real data — reviewed and accepted by you before payment for that milestone is due, not after we've moved on.

Operate, accountably
